Action Plans
When officially joining the Covenant of Mayors for the Mediterranean, signatories commit to developing a Sustainable Energy Access and Climate Action Plan (SEACAP) within three years.
Adopted by the local council, a signatory's action plan describes the steps towards its 2030 targets.
Some municipalities had already developed, in the past, their Sustainable Energy Action Plans (SEAPs) towards 2020.
