The C4C-MAIS Project: Strengthening Communication Capacities for the Cities of Sfax and Chihia

SfaxAs part of the MAIS project, a training course on communication was organized in partnership with Clima-Med. The aim of this initiative was to strengthen and develop participants’ communication skills. It aimed to assess the communication actions envisioned, while exploring with the participants ways to enhance the visibility of MAIS activities.

The session was attended by Mr. Adel Ben Rhouma, Secretary General in charge of managing the affairs of the Municipality of Sfax, Mr. Riadh Haj Taieb, Director General at the Municipality of Sfax and Head of the C4C MAIS project co-financed by the European Union, as well as several executives from the municipalities of Sfax and Chihia.

The day started with a presentation by the municipality’s team showcasing the progress of various MAIS project activities. Following this, the Clima-Med communication team kicked off the training session with two modules on:

  1. An introduction to environmental communication

  2. The strategic challenges of social networks and how to use them to optimize the overall communication of the MAIS project.

The main areas of training included:

  • Strengthening the communication skills of participants from the municipalities of Sfax and Chihia

  • Developing an effective communications approach and strategy for digital and social media

  • Using the skills acquired in the MAIS project to optimize communication and community involvement

The focus was set on the practical application of the skills gained through the MAIS project, as well as on monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize both communication and engagement on social networks. Proposals for post-training follow-ups were outlined to further develop the MAIS project management unit’s expertise in communication strategies.

Lively discussions followed thetraining session, marking an important step in MAIS team’s capacity building effortsaimed at maximizing the impact and reach of the project through effective and targeted communication.

 Projet C4C-MAIS: Renforcement des capacités des villes de Sfax et Chihia sur le thème de la communication

Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet MAIS, une formation sur le thème de la  communication a été organisée en partenariat avec Clima-Med. Cette initiative visait à renforcer et développer les compétences des participants en communication. Elle avait pour objectifs d'évaluer les actions de communication envisagées et d'explorer avec les participants les moyens d’accroître la visibilité des activités du projet MAIS.

La session s'est déroulée en présence de M. Adel Ben Rhouma, Secrétaire Général chargé de la gestion des affaires de la Municipalité de Sfax, M. Riadh Haj Taieb, Directeur Général à la Municipalité de Sfax et Chef du projet C4C MAIS cofinancé par l'Union européenne, ainsi que plusieurs cadres des municipalités de Sfax et Chihia.

La journée a débuté par une présentation de l’équipe de la municipalité de l’état d’avancement des différents volets d'activités du projet MAIS. L’équipe de communication Clima-Med a ensuite engagé la formation et animé deux modules portant sur :

  1. Une introduction à la communication environnementale

  2. Les enjeux stratégiques des réseaux sociaux et leur utilisation pour optimiser la communication globale du projet MAIS.

Les principaux axes de la formation comprenaient :

  • Le renforcement des capacités en communication des participants des municipalités de Sfax et Chihia

  • Le développement d'une approche et d'une stratégie de communication efficace sur les médias numériques et sociaux

  • L'utilisation des compétences acquises dans le cadre du projet MAIS pour optimiser la communication et l'engagement communautaire

L'accent a été mis sur l'application pratique des capacités acquises dans le cadre du projet MAIS, ainsi que sur le suivi des progrès et les ajustements nécessaires pour optimiser la communication et l'engagement sur les réseaux sociaux. Des propositions d’un suivi post-formation ont été formulés pour poursuivre le développement des compétences de l'unité de gestion du projet MAIS en matière de stratégies de communication.

Des discussions animées ont suivi, témoignant de l'intérêt suscité par ce sujet crucial. Cette formation constitue une étape importante dans le renforcement des capacités de l'équipe MAIS, visant à maximiser l'impact et la portée du projet grâce à une communication efficace et ciblée.

مشروع المناخ للمدن – مشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس (C4C-MAIS): بناء القدرات لمدينتي صفاقس والشيحية في مجال التواصل

في إطار مشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس (MAIS)، تم تنظيم دورة تدريبية حول الاتصال والتواصل بالشراكة مع مشروع كليما – ميد. وكان الهدف من هذه المبادرة تعزيز وتطوير مهارات التواصل لدى المشاركين، بالإضافة الي تقييم إجراءات التواصل المتصورة، مع استكشاف سبل زيادة وضوح أنشطة مشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس مع المشاركين.

حضر الجلسة السيد عادل بن رحومة، الأمين العام المكلف بتسيير شؤون بلدية صفاقس، والسيد رياض حاج الطيب، المدير العام لبلدية صفاقس ورئيس مشروع المناخ للمدن – مشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، إلى جانب عدد من المسؤولين من بلديات صفاقس والشيحية.

بدأ اليوم بعرض قدمه فريق البلدية حول تقدم أنشطة مشروع MAIS  المختلفة . ثم بدأ فريق التواصل في مشروع كليما – ميد التدريب وأدار جلسات حول:

  1. مقدمة حول الاتصال والتواصل البيئي

  2. التحديات الاستراتيجية التي تواجه شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وكيفية استخدامها لتحسين الاتصال الشامل لمشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس.

شملت مجالات التدريب الرئيسية:

  • تعزيز مهارات التواصل لدى المشاركين من بلديات صفاقس والشيحية

  • تطوير نهج واستراتيجية تواصل فعالة لوسائل الإعلام الرقمية والاجتماعية

  • استخدام المهارات المكتسبة في مشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس لتحسين التواصل والمشاركة المجتمعية

تم التركيز على التطبيق العملي للمهارات المكتسبة كجزء من مشروع  MAIS في صفاقس، وكذلك على مراقبة التقدم وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لتحسين كل من التواصل والمشاركة على الشبكات الاجتماعية. تمت صياغة مقترحات لمتابعة ما بعد التدريب لتطوير مهارات وحدة إدارة مشروع تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس في استراتيجيات التواصل.

تلا ذلك مناقشات حيوية. ويشكل هذا التدريب خطوة مهمة في بناء قدرات فريق تنقّل نشط وذكي في صفاقس، بهدف تعظيم تأثير المشروع ونطاقه من خلال التواصل الفعال والمستهدف.
